We provide digital marketing services that require time, planning, and specialized effort.
Because of the nature of digital services, our refund policy is strict and transparent.

1. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once we begin working on your project, refunds are not possible.
This includes:

• Social media work

• Website design or development

• SEO

• Ads setup and management

• Graphic design

• Video editing

• Branding tasks

Time and resources are immediately allocated once the project begins.

2. Advance Payments Are Non-Refundable

All upfront payments made for monthly plans or custom projects are non-refundable, as they are used for:

• Strategy creation

• Team allocation

• Project setup

• Tools & software

3. Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly plans renew every 30 days.
If you want to stop service, you must cancel before the next billing cycle.
After renewal, no refund will be issued.

4. Double Payment or Technical Errors

If you are charged twice accidentally due to a system error:

✔ We will verify the payment
✔ Issue a refund within 5–7 working days

5. Custom Projects

For website, branding, ads, or other specialized services:

• Once work has started, no refunds are provided

• If the client delays or does not provide materials, refund still does not apply

6. Client Responsibility

Refunds cannot be issued if:

• Client delays approval

• Client does not provide required access (FB, Instagram, Google Ads, website hosting, etc.)

• Client changes project scope midway

• Client fails to respond on time

To cancel a subscription or project:
