We do not ship any physical products. All services are delivered digitally through online communication and platforms.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship products via courier or mail.
All our services are delivered through:

• Email

• WhatsApp

• Google Drive / Cloud

• Zoom / Google Meet

• Social media platforms

• Website hosting platforms

2. Service Delivery Timeline

Social Media Services:

Initial content delivered within 3–5 working days after onboarding.

Website Projects:

Design drafts: 5–7 working days
Complete website: 10–20 working days (depending on features)

SEO Services:

SEO optimization begins within 3 working days after briefing.

Ads Management:

Campaign setup delivered within 24–72 hours (after receiving access + content).

Branding & Graphics:

Logos and graphic drafts delivered within 3–5 working days.

Video Editing:

Reels / short videos delivered within 48–72 hours after receiving raw footage.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, clients must provide:

• Correct social media login access

• Website hosting credentials

• Content, details, and reference material

• Timely approvals

Delays in providing information will affect delivery timelines.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once final work is submitted to the client through email or cloud storage, the service is considered delivered.

5. Missed Deadlines

If there is a delay caused by our team (rare), the client will be notified proactively.
Delays on the client’s side do not qualify for refunds.

6. Service Availability

GrowBiz provides services globally.
Delivery times may vary based on time zones.
